All you need is your order number (e.g. #21233) and the email address you provided when ordering (e.g. maxmustermann@email.com).

2. Log in with your order number and email address .
3. Select the ring from your order that you would like to exchange. Specify which size you would like your ring exchanged for.
4. Our team will process your request and send you a free return label as soon as possible.
   Your new ring will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.
